Service marketing management blueprint

tues had smk presentation. was quite ok. heres our blueprint!! to show how ppl from frontstage and backstage work to bring service to customers


today was our quality management project. we did a video on how chain of command slows down processes for singtel. video!!

this project-infested week turns out well afterall.. that is if our imc also good. haha
