laze lazing lazy

its only been like wat? 2 weeks plus since the exam ended. i'm so damn bloody bored at home.

just came back from bowling league in scc... today not bad. avg 183.

when i go sch, i eat alot nvm cos i got walk here and there and stuff... now at home, do nth still eat so much... i tink i shld go on a healthy diet. not a diet, but a healthy diet. tmr shall be attempt #1. dun shoot me down just yet, i might be able to carry out this diet for a week. thats wat im aiming for.

tmr shall be the start of Healthy Diet for jj Day 1. i'm not going to starve myself, just refrain from eating cream pasta, fried stuff, junk food (e.g. the slightly bigger than ping pong ball sized jawbreaker which i finished)

after supper, which consist of laksa cup noodle, 5 prawns, one hotdog, 2 fried chicken wing and one fried egg. (yup, tats why i tot of this HD program for myself haha)

and now i'm weighing at 76.5kg.

lets look back a year ago at this exact date. i was headed for germany with a body mass of only 65kg. hmm... gained 11.5kg in a year? oh well. GO! JJ! GO! for the sake of not having heart attack too early or kidney failure, i must endure this. haha
