napfa test

haiz.... its been 3 years...

3 long years.... since i did napfa... first time just got back from germany and working. so nv go. then after that recently the make-up rs bday so nv go also.

so today, all the remaining ones have to take... me, simi, siok, siqi, dorin, yuanlin, cindy all went. i'm the only guy left in class that haven do napfa loh...

1st station: Standing Board Jump --------> 245cm {A}
2nd station: Shuttle Run -----------------> 10.2s {A}
3rd station: Sit And Reach ---------------> 41cm {C} (last time i did 52cm de lor.haiz.. old liao)
4th station: Sit-up -----------------------> "48" {A} (figure out why i put "" by urself)
5th station: The DREADFUL Pull-up -----> 3 {E} (KNNNN. i did 3. omg lor. miracle alr can)

2.4km run: After 1st lap --> 2:12 mins. so i gave up. run half a round and caught up wif siok and dorin. walked wif them. my 4th lap. their 3rd lap. we told them we give up. lol.

so overall i got napfa grade of...............................

oh well... now my back feels like the spines all dislocated.... stupid sit n reach and pull up...

at least i went for the napfa test didnt i...
