we've finally broke free from the LLCB!!! even though we couldnt get back our half month rent.... but we're all still SOOOOOO happy!!! ytd, when she checked the house, omg... i've never seen someone so ridiculous in my entire 19 going 20 years of life before!
she claims that everything is dirty, even after we've wiped it. she counted every single fork, spoon, knife, plates, cups, mugs, glasses. she'll say "this spoon is from upstairs and a fork is missing from here"
she noe which fork is from where and which plate is which room's! wtf!!! its just so ironic that shes saying everything is dirty and she wans everything even cleaner that how she left it for us when her face is like. . . . . . . . i shall post her photo soon. i took a snapshot of her. so for the next post, do not read if u're weak hearted like me.
when our saviors, theresa, mehdi and florent came with two cars to help us move, they were shocked upon seeing her, "i dun even think u call tat a face", face for the first time. Florent the french guy said after we asked him, "so, wat do u tink of our landlord?"
he replied "Oh, she's beautiful! if i eat in front of her, i'll puke"
haha... after cleaning up the house with her at the side saying this not clean tat not clean for 2 and a half hours, we finally moved!
only 3 of us moved becos the other apartment wif 3 single rooms will only be available today and 2 on monday. So, sarah and rebecca shared the double room and i got the single room. YAY! our rooms are like hotel loh. white bed sheets and towels. every 2 weeks will have ppl come and change our bed sheet! haha. altho its abit exp.. but tats all the international office could find within such a ridiculously short eviction. oh well, the chinese saying goes, po cai xiao zai. that LLCB is really a zai nan lor.
and we finally have internet! at night can use internet alr!! internet access after 7pm is a luxury here in germany sia. lol... took tat for granted.. my room smells like the forest. i open the window and within 30 seconds, buzzzzzzzzz, a fly flew in. wah biang eh.... but its okay, cos i figured opening the window wun get rid of the forest smell becos i open the window, its the forest alr.

Land Lao Char Bor (LLCB) from Hell
As we all know, our landlady (or land lao char bor [LLCB]) is f***ing annoying, First she say that we are messy people and asked if tat was the Singapore culture to be messy. And she tot tat Singapore was supposed to be a clean city.
BUT OUR ROOM IS CLEAN! WE EVEN MADE OUR BED! she complained tat the carpet in the toilet was on the floor. WATS A CARPET FOR IF ITS NOT ON THE FLOOR AND HANGING ON THE BATHTUB?!? and she expects our shoes to all point to one direction. ONE DIRECTION!! WTF??! I DUN TINK THERES SHOE FENGSHUI RITE?!
To get a rough idea of how she looks like. lets imagine Hagird without beard, with 80% rotten teeth, ogre-ish looking and have a slight smell. She was seen wearing the same outift for 3 days. and she say we're messy?!?! look at her face man! tats wats messy.
After saying we're messy, she learnt tat we lived wif our parents and she said that our parents must be crazy to live with us. so once again, a messy looking LLCB saying that we're messy saying tat our parents' are crazy when she herself isnt entirely sane.
After telling her tat we're trying to move out of the house, she says that we're bounded by a legal verbal contract and she expects us to pay 90% of 3 months rent if we were to move out. AS IF WE'RE GOING TO MOVE! we're so going to use all her electricity since she said we used too much electricity. Bullshit...
Also, she demanded to have our passport as security or deposit but 6 of us refused. we told her in her face that theres no way that shes going to have our passport. she even told us tat the professor in our sch told us to hand it to her. If not, shes going to call the police. So, not knowing the german law, we went to sch and searched for our professor. He said he said nth abt asking us to handover the passport and told us NOT TO GIVE IT TO HER. he called his lawyer fren and asked him if we have to pass our passport to her. and guess wat? SHE HAS NO RIGHTS TO COLLECT ANY DEPOSIT anymore if we've moved in.
it was ridiculous in the first place to charge us 5 euros per wash for the use of the washing machine. 5 EUROS!! $10.50 Singapore!!! WTF?! money-faced messy crazy slightly smelling ogre-ish lying b****!
So, today we learnt tat shes going to kick us out tmr and expect us to pay 90% of the remaining rent. we'll see how it goes. its the school and the 6 of us against her alone. come to tink of it, we're very outnumbered... ARGH!
IT Lesson isnt helping this anger... wan to vomit blood alr... but at least IT lessons can use laptop. finally! Alright. have to gear up soon and go battle wif LLCB.

Audi, Merc, some village, night groove 2 at wurzburg & camera sunday
So much to blog abt but im too lazy and im going to make it short. Audi museum is boring. after which we went to a village that a king once lived in. nth much other than towers and fortress.. Tat night was night groove again!! at wurzburg!! Another bar hopping event where we went to and we ended up in a "disco" called Airport from 12am-3am and we went home cos we had to meet at 9am the next morning to go to the Merc Museum. Merc Museum at Stuttgart. is not as boring as audi but still not very interesting...
saturday was drizzling the whole day... anyways, we went to Wertheim Village which is another factory outlet city. there were a whole lot of shops there like Geox, Gant, Tom Tailor, Lacoste, Nike, Fossil, Versace, Bally, Quicksilver, Billabong, Birkenstock and many many more... I bought Fossil sunglasses for only 6.50 euros after tax refund and a tshirt for only 6 euros! after all that, we missed the bus tat we were supposed to take and we had to share a cab back to the train station...
After days of activities, sunday was rest-day for us. i woke up at 12 plus. after cleaning up the whole bloody house cos the schlampe-y (bitchy) landlord said she was supposed to come at the end of the week which she nv did... oh well. we're surprised cos that stingy landlord was supposed to come and collect the rent. after cleaning up the whole house, we went to eat ice cream and tat smartass sj say the weather is so fine that we can wear shorts out. and some of us did. our legs were freezing cold when we sat down and eat ice cream cos the wind was so strong at the alley. ice cream eat finish alr then we walk ard the town and take pictures. so, we went to the playground, the train tracks and the underpass. After we are done taing photos on the train track, the train track went "Ding Ding Ding!" Just in time. we finished before the next train came. it was juz photos photos photos tat day.
dinner was at the pizzeria next to the train station which was DELICIOUS! the pizza crust so thin, the mushrooms so juicy... the hawaiian pizza was also great... coupled it with coke and its heaven on earth. it was the second time we're going but this time it was a different person who served us. so again they tot we were from japan or korea and we started conversing for awhile. after paying, he treat us to a shot each. they'reall so friendly over here. cant stand it. ahaha. unlike singapore. but i still miss singapore chicken rice!!! argh....
Wok Wang (a chinese restaurant in my town) juz cant fill this void in my stomach... the things there are germanese (german+chinese). haha. its juz weird but still chinese-ish and theres rice rice rice! haha.
I dozed off again today at Organisation class... sitting front row somemore... haiz... everytime i look up the teacher will be like "jj, so wats ur opinion on tat?" then i will be like "schiesse... work brain work!... com'on!" but i answered 4 out of 5 of his questions.so not bad for a sleeping person.
it takes so long to upload pictures here in blog... so all my photos are in facebook!

Macroecons?!?!?
Man.... macroecons all over again.... so many many many many many graphs.... i'm sitting at the front row and still falling asleep... i've tried my best to keep awake but he forced me and serenade me to sleep... all i hear is C....Y... I.... G.... and he keeps going on and on and on and on... AND THERES A MOUSE IN MY APARTMENT! and a giantic housefly the size of half of a thumb on nicholas's blanket. tonight we shall catch the mouse. DIE MICKEY DIE! or Jerry or watever... idiot mouse.
Tmr is excursion to Audi followed by Merc Museum in Stuttgart on friday.. finally no sch! altho macroecons continues next monday.... The class starts at 9am, break at 10.30am-10.45am. then 10.45am-12.15pm starts again. 12.12pm-1.15pm is lunch. then from 1.15 pm-2.45pm start again then break for another 15 minutes then 3pm-4.30pm AGAIN! and its all macroecons! altho after finishing the module in like 1-2 weeks can forget it... but then its so dam boring....
I miss chicken rice, bah kut teh(we had it last night thanks to fang shuai and the rest's contribution to us before going back to Singapore), char kway teow, bah chor mee, duck rice... etc etc...
Last weekend, we went to Metzingen or Metzigen which is a factory outlet city. the whole town is full of brands like Polo Ralph Lauren, Marc O' Polo, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Oakley, Quiksilver, Hugo Boss (SUPER BIG HUGO BOSS. ONE BUILDING BY ITSELF), Levi's, Diesel, Esprit and many more which we didnt have time to cover cos Sarah Jane got pickpocketed.. but after the police case, they sent it back to the sch but i doubt the money is still inside. heng she only got 50 euros inside. which is ard $105. she didnt even feel a thing.
After reporting to police, we all (including SJ) went back to shop. i only got one Ralph Lauren Polo tee which is only $60 cos the rest was discounted heavily but still expensive... We shall go back there again some other time.
Shall post some more photos the next time cos i'm using the sch's comp.

Warm Bad Mergentheim
jiralda and winnie that batch from france came over to our town yesterday. went to Wok Wang, the chinese restuarant again and had our dinner. after dinner, we went to Cortina's Cafe for the 4th time. had Bailey's Hot Chocolate (my current fav drink) and Haselnuss Eis (hazelnut ice cream that taste like kinder bueno).
The owner was really really really friendly and we started toking to him and he offered to show us how they make their own ice cream. and so, we went into their kitchen. He told us the process of making ice cream and let us taste the raw syrup tat they put into the ice cream. we tried mocha (super bitter according to those who tasted it) and melon (really really good). they use frozen but real strawberries and bananas to make the fruit ice creams. that guy was REALLY friendly and offered to let us make the ice cream if we go there early enuff in the morning.
too bad we have school.... which is very boring and we were juz in time for class for the first day so we had to sit front row...
jiralda they all took some photos during tat "ice cream tour". might upload those if they are able to pass to us. weekend at mosbach this friday!!! they are going back to singapore soon.... and so are the france batch... seems like we're the only ones left studying....
Audi R6 or R8 tour next thursday and Mercs Museum in Stuttgart next friday. YAY!

NIGHT GROOOOOOOOVE

The night ended at 3am for us.. disco is juz not really my fav tat night... wif the boomzi boomzi music deafening my ears and the smoke tat we were filtering tat night... we went back smelling like ash trays. oh well. ALL WAS FUN TAT NIGHT! who noes tat such a town could be so much fun. was the best experience i had so far in Germany. *i still dislike beer.
Ard 1am, after Frankie's we went to the disco(yes. tats wat they call it here. not clubs) it was super packed and smokey. i felt like we were filtering the air inside for them
The next place tat we hopped into was Frankie's Diner. Its an american bar and the music there was ROCK 'N' ROLL!! Elvis etc etc... it was the best bar i've went to tat night. everyone was juz dancing and shaking and stuff to the music and the band was super friendly too. the music was juz great@!
Even the museum was opened tat night and it has live jazz band (i tink) but they were taking a break when we got there so we decided to hop to another place.
i'm happy :)

The first stopApril 5th, Friday. NIGHT GROOVE!!! its a major event in the town i'mstaying in. its a big bar hopping event where almost all of the bars in Bad Mergentheim participates and wif 11 euros, we get to go into all the bars. They have live bands of diff genre in diff bars.
So our first stop. Engel something.. its a nice cafe during the day. but during night groove, there was alive band singing oldies and modern pop/rock. it was sooo nice. the atmosphere was great.

school has been boring so far... german lessons were fun though, with my super descriptive and sound effect-adding teacher. Scheiße means shit. but tat came from the bunch of ppl from mosbach, not my german teacher.
